help! quick release plate

hey everyone... im looking to buy a release plate for my tripod... but dont know what model it is...

i had one... but i lost it... but thankfully have a picture of it.

the tripod is an oconnor 30.... but the quick release is bogen manfrotto im pretty sure...

if you know the model number or anything about this plate please let me know! thanks!!

Arent Manfrotto, Sachtler and Vinten tripods made by the same person (Vitec) ultimately anyway?

That looks very similar to the plate on my Vinten Pro 130. When I screw that plate into the bottom of the HVX200a, the camera impedes the screw that tightens the plate to the head. This is only a problem on extreme tilts up or down. I need some kind of spacer, or another plate to make the camera sit a little higher on the Vinten head. Suggestions?
