HELP!! QT to WMV conversion!!

I'm trying to get a client's 7 min piece from a Quicktime file to a window media file.

I installed the free "flip4mac" app and have done the conversion from my final cut pro export and from Quictime itself.
But it only converts the first 29 seconds, that's it.

What am I doing wrong????

You'll only get trial mode exporting with the free version (30 seconds). The export component is a reasonably priced upgrade at Flip4Mac.com.
