help please

Hi everyone. I am relatively new to FCP, so forgive me if my question is stupid (i recently switched from Vegas). We are going to have a green screen shoot coming up in which everything will be keyed while being shot. There is a over the shoulder shot in which a man is looking at a lcd screen on the wall. The footage that is to be on the LCD is going to shot at a different time. How do I place the video onto the LCD screen so it looks like they were together in FCP? The shot will be locked down, so I dont have to worry about it moving. I'm sorry if this is vague...any help would be appreciated! thanks.

Basically you take the LCD video clip and put that on top of the over the shoulder shot. Then you resize the frame of the LCD video clip to fit into the LCD Screen.
