Help Please

Hello,

I shot my movie on the Panasonic DVX100A with the 24p setting, I captured most of it in Vegas Video with the 23.97 ITV setting. I'm switching over to Adobe Premiere, do I have to recapture all my footage in Premiere?

See if the clips work by bringing them into a Premiere project.

Whats "ITV" setting ?

Sorry it's called 23.976 (IVTC Film) , not sure what the IVTC stands for.

I got the clips into premiere. I just wanted to make sure that later down the line I wasn't going to run into something since I'm going to do alot of editing with the clips.

IVTC Film is a Reverse telecine (technically Inverse)

You can always to a small pre-render to see how it comes out ya know.

I decided to recapture it all since I was in the early stages of capture. I did notice that the captured Vegas files when brought into Premiere preview with a slight shutter. Thanks all who responded.

capturing is not a difficult method, so I think this is a good decision.
