I have a project I need to export to DVD to play on a standard TV. When I export my widescreen footage as widescreen (16:9) it stretches the image a bit. When I exported as 4:3, I got an unstable letterbox (shaky) with a small green line at the bottom. AM I an idiot? How can I get a letterboxed image that retains the aspect ration I shot on? What the hell is that green line? Why is the letterbox unstable?
I'm using Premiere CS3, exporting as uncompressed quicktime (I also tried avi).
Or, if it works better, should I use the Encoder to go straight to MPEG? If so, what are some good settings?
Thanks for the help.:dankk2:
