Okay, time to be the signature police again -- I've had to send so many of these in PMs, I figure now I'll do it in public and hopefully lots of potential too-big-sig guys will see it, but:
Hey Ill Eagle, check out Jason.Adams' sig banner: that represents our largest allowable size (569 x 70). Your sig is way too tall, could you please rescale it to where it's no taller than 70?
