I have a project I need to increase the clarity on. Can you recommend a program to use in order to de-artifact and de-grain a video exported from final cut pro at 720p30 and is 1280x720 with an aspect ratio of 16x9. It was edited in FCP 5 (unfortunately).
I need to do this today, so if you have any suggestions please reply.
