I'm fairly new with my Mac Pro, although I have edited on a Mac before. I'm having a few problems, and I can't seem to find solutions anywhere. I've looked at the Final Cut Pro HD Express manuals and done what they've said, so I'm either very stupid or..... very stupid.
Here's what's going on:
- Does not recognize my HVX200, but does recognize my old Sony TVR80.
- Won't recognize that my FireWire is connected 100% of the time, seems to come and go.
- Even though it says 'VTR OK', whenever I press Capture Now, it goes to the Apple logo where the captured video is supposed to show, and says 'No video to detect'.
I have searched through the Options, but seemed to have turned on all of what needs to be on.
I just don't get it, and am at the end of my rope. Does anyone have any ideas or know what I'm doing wrong?
