my first post so I hope te get some input
I want my weddings and other projects to stand out from rest in the area, so I want to buy the best cam to do green or blue screen effects
what do you guys think Barry what do you say? would the HVX-200 pull it off

Yes, HVX200 will definately do the trick. It has the same chroma sampling as a pro broadcast camera (4:2:2), aka nice, clean colors.
