Help! My filter is stuck!

Great, I buy a new UV Haze filter, and as soon as I screw it in it was stuck. I managed to unscrew it, but when I screwed it back in I couldn't get it out. What am I to do? I don't even remember the way that I screwed it in... clockwise? I am a fool.

Stick on a latex surgical glove and try and undo it with that, the rubber will give you more grip...

Get a rubber glove (the kind you use to clean dishes). Grip the filter and turn counter-clockwise.

Use a washup glove, or the thin disposable type, BUT use the Palm of your gloved hand to turn the filter. Do not grip the edges, as this distorts the shape of the filter'

I hope I didn't distort the shape of the filter already.. I tried to turn the hell out of it without the glove lol.
