I need a book that gives me the complete low down on vegas. Has such a thing been writen?

(that's the new updated-for-Vegas-5 version, which I guess isn't actually released yet, so if you need one right away you'd have to get the Vegas 4 version).

A quick question, When will vegas 5.0 be released? Would I need to purchase it or is it a free update?

Vegas 5, the program? It's available now. Free update? Don't we wish!!

Upgrade is $250, though there's a $50 discount for registered Vegas 4 owners. That offer came in an e-mail, but I think you can get to it elsewhere.

I think Vegas 5 would be a free update if you bought Vegas 4 in the last 30 days or so...

Douglas Spotted Eagles Vegas 4 book is pretty good. He is a pretty cool guy too. He hangs out at the Sony forum and the sundance forums. I have chatted with him several times. Very Earthy guy.

He responds to emails too. I don't know how he does it? Were does he get the free time?
