Help me with audio on this set!!!

We are in production of a documentary in San Quentin Prison regarding inmate rehabilitation. We are severely restricted in terms of what we can set up and how long we can set up. Check out this VERY short video. This is a typical meeting. Looking for any and all advice. Right now stuck with a shotgun from the camera location. Please help.

wireless stick mic. seems like each person gets a turn speaking. otherwise a hell of a setup hanging overheads
 
Wireless stick wont work. Not everyone talks (or is required to talk). And they delve into some pretty deep, emotional stuff that they wouldn't want to wait to be passed a stick mic for. Thanks for the try. Anyone have a suggestion for putting something omnidirectional in the middle of the floor that might work???
 
get a boom operator man.
someone who can stand behind the camera with a shotgun mic on a boom and get whoever is talking.
