Help me to build cheap rig for my purpose

I'm going to build a rig and it needs hold:

- 5D Mark II
- 5.6" LCD: www.hannahdigital.com
- Top grip
- FF

So far, 5D is the only thing I have. I will pre order that LCD when it's available. I know all FF options so don't really need help with that either. I will just buy some cheap model.

So, I need cheap 15mm rails and the system that holds the camera, plus the "top grip" handle system.

Do you think 12" rails are enough? IndieSYSTEM sells 10" rails for 99$ and it comes with that camera mounting system too, but I'm not sure if 10" is enough: http://www.indifocus.com/products_indirailspro.htm

B&H has some cheap rails too, those are 15mm and 12", but I would need to buy the mounting system seperately: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=productlist&A=details&Q=&sku=335971&is=REG

How can I attach the LCD to the rails? Some system that can be adjusted.

How about that "top handle"? Where I could buy those?

By "top handle", I mean something like this:

I called to one local shop and they had good quality 1m carbon fiber rods from bikes for 10€. So i think I will buy rods from there.

Will it work if I order this: http://www.cinevate.com/catalog/pro...id=68&osCsid=d32af61b5475e5188866a6c8def3cd5a

and then attach some good baseplate to that block? Those kind of blocks are used in bikes and other stuff, but I couldnt find any blocks for cheaper than that sold in cinevate.
