Help me match two shots in Vegas

I would take the gamma down a bit in 'A' and increase the contrast slightly. Restoring the blacks and whites in both pieces can't hurt. Other than that, it's difficult to help based on those stills since the lighting is inconsistent.

Just experiment. Lay the video on two seperate tracks, tweak around with the 3-way color corrector and save as a preset when done. Apply to both clips and then finely tweak out any differences.
