help!! Interlace problems!!!

Hi guys! Everytime I try to export a video from FCP the video has those crazy interlace lines. If I export with quick time I usually click the deinterlace source video but I still get the same problem, or sometimes the exported video is all out of synch. Does anyone know what's going on or what am I doing wrong?

One more thing, my dvd studio pro is not accepting mpeg2 files I export from FCP, why?why?why? I'm going nuts...
