Help in reviewing a draft proposal

Hi,
I am writing a proposal about a video documentary to be sent to a local government department. The procedure requires that I will also submit a written proposal of a few pages in order to apply for some financing that can be used exclusively for writing the script of the documentary. Therefore the proposal can be generic enough but give a good explanation of the project.
I am wondering if someone of English mother tongue would like to help me with it, reviewing my draft and possibly giving me some guidance and tips on how to improve it. At this stage I can only promise some credits on my final project (if it will ever see the light) and a drink if you will ever travel to Helsinki one day :)
Maybe the best would be for me to send the draft via PM to whom is interested and will ask for it.
Do you think is it a viable solution ? Does it make sense to ask such thing in this forum ?

It never hurts to ask. One of my company's projects is a documentary right now. One of the first thing you will learn about making a movie like this is that very little gets done without a lot of help or a lot of money. If you can not finance it then never be afraid to ask for help otherwise nothing will ever get done. I myself am to busy to work for free but I am sure their must be one up and comer on here who could use the expierence and the credit. Good luck to you!

HI and thanks for the answer.
All I am asking now is to review my 3 pages proposal and nothing more. For which I can give credits if the project will be realized. Now it is more about shaping my doc in a proper English language :)
The full project will defintely take time and money but I will worry more when I will pass this first obstacle :)
