Hey guys, I'm really in a jam right now and any help would be much appreciated. I'm working on a music video currently shot in 1080p 24p, and with the many options of import in FCP 6, I don't know which to choose. I'm using an HD Cam deck to import the footage and would prefer to capture it in DVC PRO HD. BTW the footage was imported on a different system, one with FCP 6.0. I'm running on a Mac g5 with 2.0 dual ghz and 3 gb of ram w/ final cut pro 5.0. Again any help would be greatly appreciated. I was using the footage in a 29.97 timeline but the footage didn't look right, shot in 24p, so i conformed it to 24p and began editing in a 23.98 timeline. Could someone please lead me in the right direction. Thanks in advance.
