Help help general error in fcp7 help!

Dropped a series of Photo JPEG clips into a my FCP7 Sequence and during renders it gives me "GENERAL ERROR." I've tried changing the Sequence to a number of different Codec's with no luck. All the typical tips online haven't worked for me (clear render cache, re-render clips, etc.). Seriously halting my work flow please HELP.
 
make sure the pics DPI is 72, i've seen FCP get screwy in that respect. also might want to save them as a tiff or tga in PS. make sure the format isn't some unique camera format.
I think your sequence setting will be irrelevant. hope it helps
