Help find me an On-Camera Ring Light

Need help finding a Ring Light for my camera! :)

- Small ring light that attached onto the front of the lens. (77mm)
- Needs to work on wide angle lenses (Tokina 11-16mm on S35mm frame)
- Would prefer it to not require use of large batteries. AA is fine.
- Must be dimmable
- For continuous mode
- Must attach via 77mm filter thread on lens. I have a C300 and thats the only mounting option I have.

The purpose of this will be for nightclub videography

I found one I liked. It attaches to the front of the lens via a screwed in adapter, but the problem is, I can only use it on lenses 17mm+
If I want to use my Tokina 11-16, I cant. But I know 75% of the time I will be using it.

The only other model the store had was the F&V HDR-300.
It is large and the only mounting option is by purchasing and adapter for 15mm lw rods.
I also find it would be annoying when swapping lenses
