Help ! FCP 1080i30 DVCProHD to Uncompressed AVI ?

some help would be sweet... I am shooting Greenscreen Medium body shots with the camera on the vertical axis @ 1080i30 on my HVX200. Once the files are imported how do i export them as AVI or Uncompressed AVI which the clients demands for there use ?

I have a G5 Dual 2 with 4gigs ram and FCP Studio 2. I am pretty well versed in everything i thought but I am lost... I figured i would just say export to avi and it would be good....sigh

I have tried opening the clips outside of FCP in Quicktime and export as AVI...cant seen any video wont play with anything after that way... just makes a large file that appears only as an audio file whne opened in quicktime after...and even then the file wont actually play....

I have tried exporting out of the timeline via quicktime conversion to avi... I can get it..BUT it crops the image to 4/3 ! No matter what settings i choose I cant get a AVI file out in 16/9....

Any help would be soooo appericiated.

Thanks

I am pretty sure that this can't be done using FCS2... I remember having a similar problem when trying to export a 720p24 DVCPro HD product before. The issue is that when exporting to AVI using Quicktime conversion, you cannot establish the dimensions of the frame. Because DVCPro HD uses a 1440x1080 pixel count, that's exactly what gets exported when you don't use the compressor.

I think you can export a uncompressed Quicktime movie with custom dimensions though... If your client is willing to accept this, of course.
