Help - exporting is pure white

I know this is some basic problem. But I've honestly searched far and wide to find the answer. It doesn't have in the manual index anything about what's wrong if you're exporting pure white video.

Anyway, I have a 90 second timeline that I'm exporting to a Quicktime file, and it's pure white. No video. No sound. Can someone please help me ASAP as I'm at the clients and only have an hour left to edit.

Ok -- try this...

File - Export - Quicktime Movie (not conversion)

Then use current settings... and then make sure self-contained isn't checked.

Export that and then import that into Compressor and try a mpeg4 conversion from there -- or anything really -- sorenson3 maybe?
