Help! Exporting 720hd 16:9 from PremierPro CS3

Evety time I try I end up with black bars on the sides or the top, or just not the right size.

How do I export 720 / 16:9 footage out of Premier Pro CS3?

let pixel aspect ratio to square pixel,why do you use 1080 anamorphic ?, does yor footage is 1080?

I selected: Square Pixels(1.0) and it worked perfect!!!
