help: export to FCP from Color in 1920x1080 or 1440x1080?

I've captured prores422 footage from my xha1 and edited it in a final cut pro sequence that is 1440x1080 (with the same pixel aspect ratio).

I've done some grading in Color, and when I send it back to FCP it asks, basically, whether I want to export the footage back as 1920x1080 or 1440x1080. (It says "Change graded Final Cut Pro Sequence to match the Quicktime export codec?")

Will I gain or loose quality depending on what I export back to FCP as? To my eyes, the 1920x1080 image looks slightly better... but I'm unsure
