HELP! ENCODE FLV To QUICKTIME PROBLEMS

Hi there,

I'm trying to encode a flv to a quicktime file.

I currently I am trying to do this using Adobe Media Encoder CS4. When I do put the file through the process it comes out with perfect video but the sound cuts off after about 10 seconds. Does anyone know why that is? Should I use a different encoding software? and if so which one?

I would try re-installing the software. if that doesn't work I have done FLV>MOV in sorenson squeeze!
