HELP...DVDSP4 Crashing on build

Yeah so my DVDSP4 quits when I go to build and burn. When it starts muxing my project it quit and I get the OS dialog saying that I've inserted a blank dvd and asks me what I wanna do. This happens regardless there is alread a dvd in the drive or if I put it in the drive when it asks in DVDSP4.

Trashed prefs, repaired permissions, restarted....none work. Was working fine all day.

?? Anyone ?? :(
