HELP!! compress or not to compress that is the QUESTION!

when capturing footage shot 24pa with a dvx100 in FCP 5 should keep it at the default compresser in the AUDIO/VIDEO PRESETS>CAPTURE PRESETS> "DV/DVPRO NTSC at Best Quality" or should I select "NONE"?

Does the capture preset default compresser "DV/DVPRO NTSC at Best Quality" compromise the quality of my footage?

Choose the DV/NTSC Advanced Pulldown Removal EASY SETUP...and leave everything alone. That is a lossless setting.
