HELP! Channel 2 audio registering, but can't be heard in headphones and not recording

Hi Gang,

I'm doing a shoot with an HMC150 tomorrow, and having this little audio issue. Not a killer, as my Audio 1 channel is just fine.
However, Channel 2 is a mystery and I'm trying to determine if the camera is faulty or if I'm simply overlooking something (I don't think I am).

Channel 2 registers on the meter, but I cannot hear it in the headphones and when I playback, nothing has been recorded.

Thoughts?

Have you tried playing back on a computer?

Maybe a faulty headphone jack since you have levels?

Try different headphones and fully plug them in.

Headphones are good. Channel one is fine.
Yes, I do see channel 2 meters on playback, but no sound.
