Help! Can't get audio off CD

I recorded a chorus concert about a week ago. The sound was run through a board and recorded to a dedicated CD burner. I got the songs from the first CD onto my computer with no problem, but the second one isn't cooperating.

When I insert the CD into my Mac, it just spits it back out. I tried putting it into a PC and re-burning the audio. It lets me listen to the tracks, so I know they exist, but for some reason the Properties says it's a blank disc. The actual tracks themselves are listed as 1kb each, which is impossible for actual audio. I don't really understand what's going on, but I really need to get these recorded tracks to sync up with my video.

Anybody got a suggestion?

Well, if it fixed itself, it's done! But just in case, I wanted to say that many dedicated CD recorders require a "finalization" step after the recording is stopped. If the CD wasn't finalized, usually you can put it back in the burner (or another of the same model) and do the finalization.
