Help ASAP - Variable zoom (on the set now)

Hey guys,
Im in the middle of a shoot now and i need to use zoom #2 (The stedy zoom thing, where it zooms at a constant speed) 1 and 3 work fine but i need 2 and it doesnt work, i set it to 2 and zoom and nothing happens. What the heck? 2 is the exact speed i need ... anyone know whats up?
 
Go into the SW MODE menu of the camera, you'll see there's two options: L/M/H, and L/OFF/HI. You're probably set in L/OFF/Hi. Change it, and it'll do exactly what you want.
