HELP ASAP! Rendering to meet withoutabox upload limits!

I just finished my first full length film shot on the DVX100 and it is 01:46 ( one hour and 46 minutes long) and I can't get this damn thing under 2 GIGS which is their upload limit at withoutabox.com(ridiculous! even for SD!) and I need to meet some film festivals ASAP! I have rendered mpeg2 and mp4 with various settings and I can not get this film under 2 gigs. PLEASE HELP!

P.S. I'm using VEGAS 8.

The only thing I can think of is changing the aspect ratio to a smaller one, unfortunetly you would take a resolution hit. Not good for already being sd. Hopefully Barry will check this thread out, im sure he will know of a way if it's possible. By the way, how many gigs is the file your uploading?
