Help: Ae Filters

i am working on a project in AE. The project consists of sketches. I animated the sketches and the components. I am going to green (or blue) screen an actor into the "cartoon" world. Any suggestions on how to make the actor look as if he were an animation look for an actor and how to allow him to interact with animated objects.
