HELP: 5000mah batteries, number of batteries option unavailable

Hey, I tried to order 3 of these batteries, but there is no option available to set the number of batteries I need through every single step.
 
when you click on the buy button it takes you to a paypal page where you enter the Quanity. Default is 1
 
Jarred, is this page after i fill out all of the credit card information, because I'm not getting any option for quantity all the way up until the page that says 'confirm order'. It might be because of settings in my internet explorer being wrong, but im not sure why im not seeing this.
 
I'M ALL the way up to the pay page, where the options are to pay, or cancel, and i can't change the quantity at all.
 
its the very first page you get to when you get to paypal, the first page after you leave dvxuser.com
