I've been reading this site for years and only interacting very minimally. I realize that to take and not give back, or at least be part of the conversation is selfish. I have learned more from this site than I did in school and I constantly cite it as a resource for those starting out.
I just quit my job as in-house video for a small marketing company to strike out on my own. I have shot everything from features to direct response. I have also worked many jobs on-set as I was coming up so that I could gain an understanding of the different department's duties.
I love to learn and I love to share knowledge.
