Carroll here(guy) from Indianapolis. Been checking out the site and have learned a lot reading everyone's post. Thanks for sharing. I am a stills photographer who is interested in video. I own a 5d mark 3 and 7d however I wanted a camera that was designed for video. I just received on Friday my C100 with 24-105. I have not filmed anything yet, but I love the form factor of this camera.

Hi and welcome to the forum, it is good to see that canon have developed the DSLR into something more tactile and suited to video shooting, I like the C100 and C300 and they remind me of the old days of Bolex and the smaller 16mm cameras.
