Heavy pixelation at shot changes - QTime

Hey cats,

I'm new to Quicktime and I'm converting a basic AVI to a MOV file. Using the Sorenson 3 compression in QT Player.

How can I fix this?

Every time there's a change of shot in the video, the image has big time pixelation for about a second or so.

What am I doing wrong?
