This sounds pretty sweet.

Hopefully it will actually happen in the coming years.

The fact that there will be a comedy segment instantly reminded me of the South Park Heavy Metal parody episode Major Boobage.

I'm not sure how certain I am they'd go through with it, but there's potential. The Hagar song from that soundtrack gets in my head whenever I read the title.

Would love to see Robert Rodriguez on the list of directors. This is trully a film suited to his stile. Curious to see how 2 very "serious" directors like Fincher and Cameron will work in such tripy, over the top and erotic material. I feel they are a bit out of their game here, but that could very well be a plus!

I just hope it is more like the first movie, not the second.

I second that. The first was like porn to us as very small children watching it on HBO when we were supposed to be in bed.rogar-Evil(DBG):

They really need to get the South Park guys to do a segment, or just include the "Heavy Metal" sequences from that episode last year...
