Heard of this Indi Dolly?

$140 plus $70 shipping and handling? Seems kind of expensive to me.

I've seen plenty of home made dolly systems that work just as good to be honest. I've also seen systems that are a hell of a lot more money.

I guess what it comes down to is what you're willing to spend. I don't use a dolly enough to justify spending that much on one. I have a home made one that a machinist friend helped me build. It only cost about $80 for all of the parts (I all ready had wheels and bearings laying around) and the labor was free, and I guarantee mine works just as well a the one you're asking about.

And I am by no means bashing this company or anyone who uses their product. I just don't see the point if you're an amateur cinematographer like myself.
 
Seen those on ebay and i agree u could make a homemade one basically the same for less! I agree with the post above!
