Sennhesier HD 280 I find works well. If you need to communicate with other camera or crew then Eartec monarch I think is the best

In the Audio section, they're keen on the Sony 7506. I have a set myself. Nice. Comfortable. Clear.

Re: headset
They are both incredible. But beware not to mistake the HD 280 with the HD280s. The "s" version has much worse isolation. I have the Sony and love it. The foldable design is very clever, the sound is suberb and the isolation is very decent. There are several topics at the audio section, where our specialists Oleg, Matt in STL, Dave Fisk, Barry_S (I might have forgotten someone) already made excellent points on all of them.

These are the ones I'm talking about. I didn't know there was an HD280s.

Re: headset
I own a pair of the HD280 pro's and love them. I like the 7506's as well, but they don't stick to my head as well as the sennheiser's, they don't offer as much isolation, and they don't have the frequency response the HD280 pro's do. However, they are a little more compact, and come with a nice carrying bag. I recommend both, and suggest you try both out before you buy.
