I think much of it will hinge on the alleged affair.

Going on Howard Stern about it is what I find ridiculous.

Agreed (it all hinges on the alleged affair... and I never said otherwise)... and the guy didn't go on HS... Robin read about it and saw that a lawyer they knew, DB, was representing him.

It's a cluster-F... that's for sure... but I'm surprised how some people can't see both sides of it... and I guess that's why the world is flooded with attorneys.
