HDV to DVD using DSP4

Sorry if there are already tons of posts answering this question, but I couldn't find them.

I shot a commercial on the JVC ProHD camera and now I'm trying to put it on a DVD, but it looks horrible to mediocre on all of the settings I've tried.

Any HDV to DVD recommendations?
