HDV output to web from FCP

Hi Folks

I have some HDV 1080i to output from FCP and was wondering what setting I should use for export to the web.

I've tried quicktime conversion and Quicktime movie then compressor, (sorenson 3, H264, MPEG4, Quicktime default) but all have looked too compressed or sync is out. Please help!!!
 
Thanks for your advice everyone, I tried exporting through compressor using the IAN setting to get the best resolution and it worked fine.

For some reason when I was using quicktime conversion I was getting sync issues, which I'm unsure why and video looked really choppy.
