HDV from Premiere to FCP codec??

I have read, and obviously this is an issue, but I can't believe there is no work around....

Anyone found a way to import Premiere captured HDV files into FCP?

Recapture is not an option.

I do have access to PC and MAC systems.

I do not have access to HDV camera, nor premiere pro.

I have FCStudio 2.x
