HDV deck and TV.

Como's back. back again
I have a TV plugged into my HDV deck, and I'm editing in FCP 6.0.

While I'm editing, I would like to see the footage play in both the HDV's LCD, and the Tube TV I have connected to the HDV deck. (It's in the yellow and white jacks)

I'm not being able to see an image in either, is there a setting in FCP that does this, or is it all in the tape deck?

Due to the nature of the compression used for HDV you can't preview it via FW like you can DV. If your computer is fast enough though you can send a down-converted, DV image out via FW. You'd need to set your deck and video out for DV.
