HDV Capture

I've shot on the XHA1 at 24F and captured to ProRes via some Easy Setup files I got over at moviola.com with great results. Smooth sailing all the way.

However...

I'm about to do a few days of documentary stuff and I'll be using the Sony HDR-HC1 shooting 1080i at 60i. I might want to convert the 60i to 24p or 30p later, but my question has to do with capturing. What capture settings should I use for getting the footage off the tape?

It's from '07, but talks about ProRes in some depth, addressing Cinema Tools, Compressor, and FCP in the workflow you're describing. You're looking for page 5.
