hdv and dvcproHD timeline

I've shot some stuff in dvcpro HD 720 30p using my hvx and also 1080 30p using a canon hv30. I use a dvcproHD 720 60p timeline. Whenever I output the sequence to dvd the hvx stuff looks almost as good as it did right out of the camera but the hdv footage looks fuzzy. Should I transcode all the hdv stuff into dvcpro hd before putting it in the timeline?

Thanks

Why using a 60p timeline with 2 kind 30p rushes? Anyway, it's not normal because Premiere CS4 is prepared to be able doing this kind of things. Try to export to dvd 1 or 2 HDV rush on a HDV timeline to see. And Maybe try to transcode 1 of the HDV to DVCproHD and try to burn it too (try, try, try :) ) then say what happened.

right click the clips and make sure 'time remapping' is turned off.
If your frame rates don't match then it will make blended frames and they will all be ugly and fuzzy.
