HDCAM and DVCPROHD into Vegas. Which decklink? Which Vegas Version? Matrox?

After updating vegas and raylight and seeing how well the two newer versions work together, I'd like to keep the workload within Vegas rather than introducing the Avid headache.

I've asked this before but it seems there's different opinions on the matter.

I want to bring HDCAM and DVCPROHD into Vegas (from Varicam and F900) and also from film transfers. Is the best option a Decklink card? If so, which one. I want high quality 4:4:4 options for both in and output.

I've also heard DVrack (onLocation) can work, but does it do both formats? Does it also allow 4:4:4 and can it output back to tape?

And does matrox make a solution for this? And do I need the DVCPRO encoder that raylight makes?

Thanks in advance.

edit: Is the Blackmagic HDlink box just for monitoring?

up top. Likely gonna go with the Decklink HD Pro (non 133mhz) version. Is that compatible with Vegas? It looks like it from the capture menus in the program.
