HD Video and non-widescreen

I have shot some footage on a XH-G1 for the first time, I have imported it to the project and when I export the video it gives it to me in widescreen. How can I change this..?

HD footage is widescreen. There are a lot of ways of going back to 4:3, but they all entail using SD, not HD formats.
