HD to SD sequence (motion tab issue)

I pasted letterboxed HD footage onto an SD sequence and pretty much everything looks fine except for the footage where I pushed in the frame by changing the scale under the motion tab.

Now, that footage is no longer letterboxed, looks distorted and I can't get it back to the way it looked in the HD sequence.

Is there anything I can do here?

Try the distort or aspect ratio tab. Or don't bother with an SD sequence, just export to Compress from the HD sequence.
