HD-SDI monitor and HVX

Is there a cable converter or other way to use a monitor with only an HD-SDI input with an HVX-200?

Yes, AJA and BlackMagic make component->SDI converter boxes.

Focus Enhancement do a converter also. We have 3 of them and they are excellent and they mount directly to the base of your camera.

No such thing as a cable, you're talking about an analog to digital conversion there. Gotta be some electronics involved.
