HD-SDI Issue

Hi y'all,
I just back from covering a huge concert. We rented a bunch of HVX's and 170's to film. Had it all go to a Panasonic 300G switcher, and originally recorded to a KiPro, however, VER gave us slow cards, so we were almost SOL until I pulled out 385 GB of P2 cards...

Anyway, we were still mixing all the feeds together for projectors, and I came across an issue with my personal HPX170 that was originally in the mix.

Our setup was Camera>HD-SDI>Video Switcher, and for each input on the switcher, we had the output go to an AviTech Quadsplit which then went to a monitor. The problem was that on my camera, we sent the feed over HD-SDI to the switcher, and were going to throw it in the mix, however, we could see that camera feed on our monitor via quadsplit, but the camera feed would not show up in the preview or program channel on the switcher... All of the other cameras were fine.

I checked EVERYTHING.... Camera settings were identical (720/30PN). Firmware is up to date. I even tried using different ports on the switcher and using different cables. Nothing.....

Does anyone have any idea why this happened? It doesn't seem like a camera problem because the signal went through... The guys at VER had no idea either.

Thanks in advance!
